A gut renovation of a one bedroom apartment in a converted manufacturing building in New York’s Flatiron District; the two points of interest in the space were its high ceilings and four large South facing windows. The design concept devoted all four windows to the living space and then arrange the functions of the apartment in layers to the back of the space, linking the living pace to the entry hall via a passage way. In a material pallet of oak, walnut, marble and glass.
